How it works
Three steps. The price is on screen before you pay.

- 1
Upload the document
A photo from your phone is fine. We count the words in the file and show the price. Nothing is charged until you approve it.
- 2
A translator prepares and certifies it
The translation is checked against the original, then bound to a signed certification of accuracy naming Pluriventures LLP and its registered office.
- 3
It arrives within 24 hours
One PDF by email: the certification, the translation, and your original annexed behind it. The officer reading your file compares the two on the spot.
What we translate
The documents USCIS, UKVI, universities and courts ask for. If yours isn't in the list, upload it. We translate it.
Who accepts it
USCIS asks for a full English translation certified as complete and accurate, with the translator's certification of competence (8 CFR 103.2(b)(3)). UKVI asks for a translation confirmed in writing as true and accurate, with the date and the translator's details. Every order includes a signed certification that states this.

Every language into English
Whatever your document is written in, we translate it. These are the most common on immigration, university and court files.
Stamps, seals and handwritten entries are noted in the translation, where they appear on the original.

Before you order
How is a page counted?
A page is 250 words of your document, with a 60-word allowance before it rolls over, so a certificate that runs a little long is still one page. Sheets of paper don't come into it: a dense single sheet can cost more than a short three-sheet form. The page count and the total are on screen before you pay.
What if my document is a scan or a photo?
Upload it. A photo or scan is priced by the sheet, and that price is on screen before you pay. A translator reads the scan itself.
My document has more than one page
Upload the whole file, not one sheet at a time. The words across all of it are counted together and the total appears as one price, so a short two-sheet certificate is usually still a single page.
Which languages do you translate?
Every language, into English. Upload the document and we translate it. Older scripts, regional spellings and rarely requested languages included.
Do you translate into languages other than English?
No. Every order is a translation into English. The document you upload can be in any language.
Who certifies the translation?
Pluriventures LLP, company number OC427218, registered in England and Wales. The certification names the company, its registered office and both languages, and states that the translation is complete and accurate to the best of our knowledge and belief. You can look the company up on the Companies House register before you order.
Do I need a sworn or notarised translation?
No. USCIS asks for a full English translation that the translator has certified as complete and accurate, plus a certification that the translator is competent (8 CFR 103.2(b)(3)). UKVI asks for a translation confirmed in writing as true and accurate, with the date and the translator's details. That is what you receive. No notary, no sworn translator.
How do I pay?
Through Stripe checkout, on the price shown. Your order reference is on the confirmation screen, and the finished PDF goes to the email address you paid with.
How does it reach me?
As one PDF attached to an email, within 24 hours of payment. Upload it to the USCIS or UKVI portal, or print it. It is a digital document; nothing is posted.
My name is spelled differently on my other documents
Email us the spelling on your passport, with your order reference, and the translation will use it. A name from a non-Latin script can be written in English several ways; the one on your passport is the one a caseworker checks against.
What happens to the file I upload?
It is stored privately, read to produce your translation, and annexed to your certificate. Nothing else.
